New Business Executive

Reporting to Managing Director

The role

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and running of sales campaign projects to ensure the commercial needs are met and client projects managed at the highest standard

Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Primary responsibilities

  • Take briefs from clients and foster long-lasting relationships with them

  • To manage the project from start to finish, making sure it adheres to the brief

  • Ensure all clients are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns

  • Coordinate to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are being upheld

  • Work within the Client Team to control project progress, review any issues that may impact on budgets and deadlines

  • Prepare accurate status reports and a campaign plans

  • Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner

  • Provide cost estimates and quotations, and monitor budgets

  • Ensure all content is on brand and meets client’s requirements

  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Essential requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a charismatic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills, that can build great relationships . You will also demonstrate the ability to coordinate with clients at a variety of levels and across functions and oversee client expectations to ensure their satisfaction.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be able to manage multiple projects workflows and resources simultaneously.

  • You will have knowledge of Project Management practices and methods.

  • Excellent cold calling, networking and social media experience

  • Excellent Negotiation skills and able to close deals and handle complaints or objections

  • Experience in prepare and deliver large, complex pitches on products and services to win projects and clients

  • Experience of conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Provence track record of exceeding targets

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office
